My Story

As a fifth-generation Idahoan and recipient of the Idaho CEO of Influence award, I've learned that true leadership extends far beyond the boardroom. My journey as a serial entrepreneur and Vistage member culminated in co-founding NoPileups, a Boise-based technology company that we successfully sold to a major venture capital group—an achievement that taught me the power of strategic partnerships and peer support.

What sets my story apart isn't just business success; it's the parallel path of purpose I've walked for over three decades. While building companies, I've dedicated myself to transforming young lives through organizations like the Boys & Girls Clubs of Ada County, Family Advocates, and the Idaho Latino Scholarship Foundation. As a foster parent and Guardian ad Litem, I've welcomed eight teenagers into my home, building my family through guardianship, foster care, and adoption. This experience has reinforced my deepest belief: true success lies in elevating others.

My most significant business breakthrough came through Vistage, where I connected with a visionary partner in two simultaneous ventures. Together, supported by our peer advisory groups, we achieved what seemed impossible: launching and selling a tech company for eight figures in just 18 months—all while managing our primary business and as I adopted my seventh child. This wasn't just a business win; it was a testament to the power of focused intention and peer accountability.

Now, as a Vistage Chair, I curate and lead private advisory boards for CEOs and business owners who are ready to think bigger. Our formula is straightforward but powerful: combine private advisory boards with one-to-one coaching and expert-led workshops. The results? Leaders who make better decisions, achieve stronger results, and build lasting legacies.

If you're a CEO or business owner who believes in the compound effect of peer wisdom and structured accountability, let's discuss how a Vistage peer advisory group could be your catalyst for extraordinary growth. Your next breakthrough might be just one conversation away.
